GENERAL QUESTIONS

Any item that is considered pre-order will clearly state that the item is on pre-order and the current estimated ship date for the item will be listed on the Product Page. When you place an order containing pre-order items, payment is charged immediately at checkout. 

We recommend that pre-order items be ordered separately from in stock items, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in stock and pre-order items into one purchase, the entire order will be placed on hold and all items will be shipped when the pre-order item(s) are available.

***Please check the Product Description to see if an item is considered pre-order and for the estimated shipping date information. 

For Returns on pre-order items, you have 30 days from the date the order is shipped to return your order.

If you would like to make changes to the color or size of a pre-order item, or cancel your order, please email hello@glorygang.shop before the item ships.

** Please note, the estimated ship date on the Product Page of a pre-order item, is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand. The estimated ship date is subject to change. 

**Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by Glory Gang. If an update has not been provided, we do not have the information readily available yet. 

  • Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. 
  • Promo Codes that offer a percent off can be used in combination with free shipping promo codes, but cannot be combined with other percent off promo codes.
  • Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Certain Products are excluded from promo code. See the specific details of the promo code for excluded products.
  • To apply a coupon code, you must enter it prior to completing the order

Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to post back to your payment method.

Customers are not allowed to double up on already discounted items. Discount/Promo codes cannot be used towards the purchase of denim, already on sale items, BOGO deals, bundles and Glory Gang items.

We are open Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM CST (not open on weekends).

Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days. The above Holidays are considered non-business days.

Returns

Yes of course! Your return must be received by Glory Gang within 30 days of purchase. The returned item(s) must have its original tags attached, unworn, and in new condition. Send Glory Gang an email at hello@glorygang.shop to for details for your return.

Items stated as Final Sale on the site are non-returnable. Please double check the provided size chart to make sure you are ordering the correct size.

First, we apologize for this error on our part. As you know, mistakes happen. Please take a picture of your order invoice (paper copy) as well as the item(s) you received.  We want to look into who packed this for you.  We will then send you the correct item(s) or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.  It is very important to let us know what item(s) you need.  Email this information to hello@glorygang.shop thanks!

If it is within 30 days of receiving your order, please take a picture of the item showing the damage. 

Send an email to hello@glorygang.shop with the picture and your order number. 

We will then review immediately and look to reship replacement item(s) .

Shipping

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at hello@glorygang.shop and we will be happy to assist you.

Glory Gang is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have left our warehouse. In the unlikely and unfortunate event your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier of your package. The shipping carrier that you select at checkout is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. We receive the same shipment tracking details from the carrier that the customer receives.

You will be responsible for the postage fee if it is a return unless product has damage from manufacturer, needing a different size or your asking for a refund instead of a replacement of non damaged product. 

If returning for a new size, You will be responsible for the postage fee.

Outside of that, Glory Gang will cover all postage fees.
